อยากทราบว่าภารโรงเป็นลูกจ้างของใคร ทำไมครูใช้งานไม่ได้ มีแต่ผอ.ที่ใช้งานได้ ถึงขนาดว่าผอ.ขอใว้ใช้งานโดยอ้างว่างานของผอ.มีมาก ผอ.คนไหยหรือท่านใดสามารถไขข้อข้องขัดนี้ได้ช่วยอธิบายให้หน่อยครับ
