สงสัยกรณีขอวิทยฐานะ ชำนาญการ
     
 

เขตแจ้งว่า หากยื่นคำขอชำนาญการ จะแต่งตั้งกรรมการได้ ต้องตอให้มีคนมาก ๆ ก่อน สงสัยว่าทำไม????? ในเมื่อ เราคุณสมบัติถึงทำไมตั้งประเมินเลยไม่ได้ เกณฑ์ของ ว17 เขียนไว้แบบนี้ด้วยเหรอ ท่าน อ.ก.ค.ศ. ที่ผมเลือกมา ตอบผมหน่อย ว่าทำไม??????????????????
